"Two Days before Thanksgiving, my refrigerator went down. Being pretty handy I deduced I needed a new Circuit Board. Well after looking everywhere online for a new board, I realized that they were really hard to find for my model. And if I could find one, it was a minimum of a week to receive it. I stumbled across Dey Distributing and called them, They were very helpful and transferred me over to their Wisconsin Location and Pat answered. He was very sympathetic to my need for it quickly. He physically checked his stock and said he's holding it in his hand... and that he could overnight it to me if I wanted. I said "YES" and I received it the the next day. I installed it and it did the job! Thanksgiving was saved! He even called me a the day he sent it out just to let me know that he was able to give it to FedEx. He was the best! I would highly recommend this company. Rarely do you find the incredibly great service like I received these days. Thanks Pat!"
