I can't unprotect a protected word document of XX.doc under Office 2013 through visual basic programming. The unprotect process can be done under Office 2010 or below version. Could anyone help????
Is there a way to unprotect specific cells in a protected workbook? I need to protect the document, but allow ink annotations in a cell to accept a signature.

I mean when I tried to unprotect that sheet it was unprotected without asking password. It means once you open protected sheet of excel-2013 in excel-2007 the protection becomes useless.
